The essence of louvered pergolas is that in winter they let sunlight pass through the louvers onto the terrace and through the windows into the house. The Hard-Top pergola has the widest louvers (30 cm), proven to let in by far the most light (over 80%) when desired.
The Hard-Top pergola can withstand up to 1 meter of snow, which means you don’t need to open the louvers during snowfall – your terrace will always stay dry in winter. You can also open the louvers even if there is still some snow on the pergola – if there is too much, the electronics will automatically prevent motor overload. This ensures the pergola is always safe for the mechanism, even in the very rare cases when the louvers freeze.
Our louver system does not require seals that deteriorate over time. Watertightness between the louvers is achieved when the motor presses one louver tightly against the next.
The Hard-Top pergola is the only self-cleaning pergola on the market. Water flows from one louver to the next into the final gutter. When it rains, dirt, leaves, and dust are washed into the gutter and then into the drain, where a mesh filter holds back larger debris (leaves, needles, etc.).
After submitting your inquiry, we will send you an informative offer within 48 hours. If you are interested in proceeding, we arrange a site visit where our consultant listens to your wishes and addresses any questions. Once the details are agreed and the order confirmed, we send a surveyor for final measurements. The surveyor then prepares a plan, which we send you for review. After your approval, production begins. Once the pergola is manufactured, it is powder-coated, and installation is carried out by a team of three experienced installers (usually within one day). After installation, our consultant visits again for the handover, during which you also receive the warranty certificate. The entire process usually takes between one and three months – depending on the agreement.
